Value proposition

Replaces bulky, episodic monitoring with a single, non-invasive wearable that provides real-time clinical insights, enabling early detection of patient deterioration and reducing clinician workload.

Products and solutions

Short-term Disposable Chest Monitor (up to 6 days), Long-term Reusable Wrist Monitor, Biobeat Cloud-Based Patient Management Platform, Mobile App for Patient Engagement, Proprietary API for EHR/EMR Integration

Unique value

Developed the world's first FDA-cleared cuffless ambulatory blood pressure monitor, eliminating the 'white coat effect' and discomfort associated with traditional inflatable cuffs.

Target customer

Hospitals (ICU, general wards), 'Hospital-at-Home' providers, long-term care facilities, and Clinical Research Organizations (CROs).

Industries served

Healthcare & MedTech, Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Clinical Trials, Telehealth

Technology advantage

Proprietary reflective PPG (Photoplethysmography) technology and AI algorithms capable of extracting complex hemodynamic parameters (e.g., Cardiac Output, Stroke Volume, Systemic Vascular Resistance) from a single sensor site.

How they differentiate

Biobeat developed the world's first FDA-cleared cuffless ambulatory blood pressure monitor (ABPM). Its proprietary PPG sensor and AI algorithms track 13+ vital signs (including cardiac output and systemic vascular resistance) from a single chest or wrist wearable, replacing bulky episodic monitoring with continuous medical-grade data.

Main competitors

Biofourmis, BioIntelliSense, Masimo

Key partnerships

Global pharmaceutical companies for decentralized clinical trials, Major health systems (e.g., Sheba Medical Center), Strategic investors including Mizrahi-Tefahot, OurCrowd, and Arie Capital, Integration partners within the Epic and Cerner EHR ecosystems

Notable customers

Tampa General Hospital, Nuvance Health, Northwell Health, Sheba Medical Center, American Heart Association

Major milestones

Closed $50M Series B financing led by Ally Bridge, OrbiMed, and Elevage (Dec 2025), Partnered with Best Buy Health's Current Health platform in Dec 2023, Received world's first FDA clearance for cuffless blood pressure monitoring in 2019, Partnered with BARDA/DRIVe for early flu diagnosis wearables in 2018

Growth metrics

Achieved 13 FDA 510(k) clearances for vital sign monitoring; expanded into the US market via strategic partnerships with major health systems and retailers like Best Buy Health; closed $50M Series B in Dec 2025 to accelerate US commercialization.

Market positioning

Leader in medical-grade remote patient monitoring (RPM) and 'Hospital-at-Home' solutions, bridging the gap between clinical-grade accuracy and wearable convenience.

Geographic focus

North America (US expansion), Middle East (Israel HQ), Europe (Germany, UK), and Latin America (Chile, Argentina).

Patents and IP

Holds multiple registered patents covering reflective PPG sensor architecture, cuffless blood pressure measurement methodologies, and AI-driven physiological signal processing.
