Value proposition

Delivers comprehensive visibility into data movement (data lineage) across endpoints, cloud, and applications. Uses AI to understand context, detecting risks that traditional DLP, Insider Risk, and DSPM tools may miss.

Products and solutions

Data Detection and Response (DDR) Platform, Linea AI (AI-driven risk detection, prioritization, and analysis), Data Lineage Technology, Insider Risk Management solutions

Unique value

Integrates proprietary data lineage technology with a foundational Large Lineage Model (LLiM) AI that tracks not just content but the flow and context of data.

Target customer

Enterprises across various sectors (especially Finance, Healthcare, Technology, Manufacturing) that require advanced protection against data loss, intellectual property theft, and insider risks, particularly for sensitive data such as source code, designs, and customer records.

Industries served

Finance & Banking, Healthcare, Technology, Manufacturing, Government, Legal, Pharmaceuticals

Technology advantage

Traces data movement across endpoints, SaaS, cloud, web, email, Slack, etc., while understanding context and user behavior to detect sophisticated threats like incremental exfiltration or cross-application copy/paste, including emerging AI-related data security risks ('Shadow AI').

How they differentiate

Emphasizes full data lineage and contextual AI understanding of how and why data moves, as opposed to competitors who often rely on static rules, content scanning, or purely endpoint-centric security. Offers real-time visibility and response across complex, distributed environments.

Main competitors

Forcepoint, Varonis Systems, Digital Guardian

Key partnerships

Integration partnerships with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure), SIEM vendor integrations, Technology alliances and channel partners (actively expanding)

Notable customers

Fortune 500 financial institutions, Healthcare providers, Technology companies, Motorola (noted as an early customer)

Major milestones

Raised $88M Series C funding (June 2022) Launched Linea AI Pioneered the Data Detection and Response (DDR) category Achieved significant customer and revenue growth Expanded executive leadership team

Growth metrics

Rapid customer adoption with significant ARR growth (noted 50% QoQ growth in mid-2022 and previous reports of ~200% YoY growth); expanding team size.

Market positioning

Positioned as a next-generation leader in Data Detection and Response (DDR) for enterprises challenged by the limitations of legacy DLP and Insider Risk tools in modern, distributed IT ecosystems.

Geographic focus

Primarily North America with active expansion into Europe and other global markets.

Patents and IP

Holds patents related to data lineage, behavioral analytics, and AI-driven security models; originated from DARPA-funded research.
