Value proposition

Revolutionizes construction site efficiency by automating the 'Yang-jung' (lifting and transport) process, reducing human accidents, and enabling 24/7 productivity through nighttime autonomous logistics.

Products and solutions

["AIR-AMR (Flagship construction logistics robot)","Autonomous Elevator Linkage System","Nighttime Material Transport Management Software","Rough Terrain Navigation Module"]

Unique value

Unlike standard warehouse AMRs designed for flat floors, GoLe's robots are built for the highly unstructured and high-vibration environments of active construction sites.

Target customer

Large construction firms (EPCs), site managers, and real estate developers facing labor shortages and safety risks.

Industries served

["Construction","Civil Engineering","Industrial Logistics","Smart Infrastructure"]

Technology advantage

Features a proprietary structural design for heavy material lifting and a robust hybrid navigation system capable of handling uneven surfaces and elevator integration without infrastructure modification.

How they differentiate

GoLe Robotics differentiates through its hybrid 4-wheel/4-leg structure and 'Physical AI' that allows robots (like the ND-3) to navigate unstructured, high-vibration construction sites and integrate with standard elevators without infrastructure changes. While competitors focus on layout or specific tasks like painting, GoLe focuses on 'Yang-jung' (heavy material lifting and vertical/horizontal logistics).

Main competitors

["Kewazo","Dusty Robotics","Baubot"]

Key partnerships

["POSCO E&C (Venture spin-off & strategic pilot partner)","UCLA RoMeLa (Dr. Dennis Hong serves as a technical advisor)","SBVA (SoftBank Ventures Asia)","Smilegate Investment","Bluepoint Partners"]

Notable customers

["POSCO E&C","Pilot partnerships at high-rise residential sites and semiconductor fab facilities"]

Major milestones

["Spun off from POSCO Group's in-house venture program (POVENTURES) in Aug 2023","Secured 1.2B KRW Seed funding within one month of founding in Sep 2023","Won CES 2024 Innovation Award for the AIR-AMR construction logistics robot","Closed 5.7B KRW Pre-Series A round led by SBVA in Dec 2024","Won three CES 2025 Innovation Awards for ND-3 (AI, Robotics) and AA-2 (Robotics)","Signed MOU with Maum AI to integrate Vision-Language Models (VLM) for Physical AI in Mar 2025"]

Growth metrics

Secured cumulative funding of 6.9B KRW within 16 months of founding; expanded team to approximately 20 members; secured three CES 2025 Innovation Awards.

Market positioning

Specialized pioneer in autonomous heavy material logistics for high-rise construction and security-sensitive industrial sites (e.g., semiconductor fabs).

Geographic focus

South Korea, North America, Southeast Asia (Thailand)

Patents and IP

Holds multiple patents related to robotic lift structures and specialized autonomous navigation software for outdoor-to-indoor construction transitions.

About Dongmin Lee

Dongmin Lee is a construction industry veteran with over 10 years of experience, primarily at POSCO E&C. At the age of 31, he made history as the youngest Public Works/Administration Team Leader in POSCO E&C history. He founded GoLe Robotics as a spin-off from the POSCO Group in-house venture program (POVENTURES) to address labor shortages and safety issues in construction through automation.
