Value proposition

Eliminates the 'SQL bottleneck' by automating data engineering tasks like cleaning and joining, allowing business users to generate instant insights without waiting for data analysts.

Products and solutions

Ask Grapple (Natural Language Query Interface), Automated Data Library (Auto-cleaning & modeling), One-click Data Connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, etc.), DIY Dashboard & Reporting Builder, Customer Health Tracking Dashboard

Unique value

Unlike traditional BI tools that require a centralized warehouse and manual ETL, Grapple automates the data engineering layer, creating 'analytics-ready' data models instantly from raw SaaS inputs.

Target customer

RevOps, Finance, and GTM (Sales/Marketing) teams at growth-stage startups and mid-market enterprises.

Industries served

B2B SaaS, Fintech, Logistics, Professional Services, Enterprise Software

Technology advantage

Leverages a federated data architecture (influenced by the CEO's background in GraphQL) to join data across siloed applications (e.g., mapping CRM data to billing data) without writing code.

How they differentiate

Grapple differentiates by automating the data engineering layer (ETL and modeling) specifically for SaaS silos. Unlike traditional BI tools that require a pre-configured data warehouse, Grapple creates 'analytics-ready' data models directly from raw SaaS inputs using AI, allowing non-technical users to join disparate sources like Salesforce and Stripe without SQL.
