About Jaimal Soni

Jaimal Soni is a seasoned product leader and engineer with a strong background in healthcare and AI. He co-founded Insight Health AI in October 2023, where he leads the company in developing AI-powered agents to automate clinical workflows and reduce clinician burnout. Before this, he was a Co-Founder at a stealth startup. His most significant prior role was at Segment (later acquired by Twilio), where he spent over 6.5 years in various functions, including as Director of Product Management. At Segment, he was instrumental in launching "Segment for Healthcare" and co-led the R&D for Twilio's CustomerAI, focusing on generative and predictive AI. He was also part of the Y Combinator (W15) batch with his previous startup, Boomtrain, an AI-driven personalization platform. He holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
