About Choi Jae-woong

Choi Jae-woong (Jay Choi) is an alumnus of the London School of Economics (LSE). Before founding Second Team, he experienced the critical challenges of developer recruitment while involved in a blockchain startup. This firsthand experience with the chronic shortage of tech talent in the South Korean market inspired him to establish Supercoder, a platform that bridges the gap using global talent pools and AI-driven verification tools.
