Datuk Tan Seng Kit has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He began his career as a Systems Engineer at Shell and SCS before joining the Strateq Group (formerly Kompakar). He served as the CEO of Strateq Health for a decade, where he led the development of the 'Fisicien' Hospital Information System, before being appointed Group Managing Director in 2014. He is recognized for transforming the company from a local systems integrator into a regional technology enabler with a focus on Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and Enterprise AI.
