Value proposition

Provides critical visibility into 'dark' targets (vessels or aircraft with transponders disabled) by detecting and analyzing RF signals, delivering decision-grade insights where traditional optical or AIS systems fail.

Products and solutions

AI-Native RF Satellite Constellation, Geospatial & Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) Platform, Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) Suite, Real-time Asset & Logistics Monitoring Services

Unique value

Utilizes an 'AI-native' architecture where signal processing occurs closer to the source, transforming raw RF data into contextual intelligence rather than just relaying data to ground stations.

Target customer

Defense and military organizations, maritime authorities, logistics and supply chain enterprises, and government intelligence agencies.

Industries served

Aerospace & Defense, Maritime & Shipping, Logistics & Supply Chain, Government & Intelligence

Technology advantage

Combines multi-band RF sensing with edge-AI to bypass the limitations of optical satellites (weather/night) and AIS (transponder tampering), creating a 'nervous system for Earth' for non-cooperative target tracking.

How they differentiate

Utilizes an AI-native architecture for edge-of-space signal processing, allowing for real-time detection of 'dark' targets (vessels with disabled transponders) by analyzing RF signals directly on the satellite rather than just relaying raw data.

Main competitors

HawkEye 360, Unseenlabs, Horizon Space Technologies

Key partnerships

Strategic Investors: Ashish Kacholia, Piper Serica, and Turbostart, Incubation: VentureStudio (Ahmedabad University), Ecosystem: Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) and Eaglewings Ventures, Regulatory/Launch: Collaborations with IN-SPACe/ISRO for satellite deployment

Notable customers

Indian Defense Organizations, Maritime Intelligence Agencies, Logistics Enterprises

Major milestones

Founded in 2018 to pivot from STEM education to commercial satellite constellations, Recognized as a Finalist in the National Startup Awards 2021, Incubated at VentureStudio, Ahmedabad University, Secured $2M strategic funding in 2024 to accelerate the launch of AI-native RF satellites

Growth metrics

Currently in the satellite development and deployment phase; team size expanded to 10-50 employees following recent capital infusion.

Market positioning

Specialized Spacetech challenger in the Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) and Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) sectors.

Geographic focus

Global maritime corridors, with a primary strategic focus on the Indo-Pacific region and Indian defense requirements.

Patents and IP

Holds published patents related to satellite design and proprietary signal processing innovations (as indicated by YNOS and industry profiles).
