incremental product launch by a known enterprise software player, expanding within Korea-focused vertical AI without altering the global competitive landscape.
Douzone Bizon (더존비즈온) unveiled its enterprise AI agent 'ONE AI' and a private edition for closed networks (ONE AI PE) at the K-ICT Week in Busan 2026 event, held from September 9-11 at BEXCO. The company, led by co-CEOs Lee Kang-su and Ji Yong-gu, demonstrated how ONE AI integrates with its business platforms (OmniEsol, Amaranth 10, and WEHAGO), drawing on accounting, HR, tax, and logistics data to handle tasks such as quote creation, expense approvals, and guided analysis. Public sector and financial institutions can deploy the PE edition, designed to run a large language model within network-isolated environments to reduce data-leak risks.
This launch signals Douzone's push to extend its suite of operational cloud platforms with AI-native capabilities. In a related presentation, co-CEO Ji Yong-gu emphasized that proven workflows and domain expertise, not raw model performance, form the core of enterprise competitiveness in the AI era. He noted that combining accumulated business data with refined platform data can produce business agents that proactively suggest next actions with revenue generation. The company also highlighted response from international buyers interested in the vertical AI built on Korea-specific work practices and regulatory standards, positioning Douzone for potential global expansion.
For enterprise customers, particularly in Korea and, by extension, for neighboring regions, ONE AI is another example of an integrated, workflow-first agent suite anchored by proprietary business data and legacy platforms. It offers a more practical route to AI adoption for mid-sized companies that may lack in-house technical expertise. For investors, the emphasis on vertical AI and the closure of private networks signals a growing niche for AI products tailored to local regulations and enterprise trust. The question is whether Douzone converts its strong domestic position into a globally comparable platform, as the underlying technology remains closely tied to Korean business practice.
