Shamrock AI raises $5 million to build enterprise agent assurance platform
Shamrock AI has raised $5 million in seed funding led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures. Founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Michael (Mick) Gallagher and Anuraag Nallapati, the Shillong-headquartered startup will use the funding for product development, hiring and go-to-market expansion. Its initial focus is agentic test lifecycle automation for ERP transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations. The company says it serves multiple Fortune 500 businesses, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company; neither customer is named.
The investment adds an entrant to enterprise operations AI, with a specific testing workflow as its entry point. Shamrock AI's Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph connects business processes, systems, data and configurations. Its premise is that continuously testing and validating those processes can establish the operational context needed to deploy AI agents reliably. That makes the relevant market question whether enterprise context and validation can support a durable product advantage. The report provides no quantified evidence of testing performance, customer savings or agent reliability.
For builders and investors, the concrete diligence question is whether the ERP testing product delivers measurable value before broader automation becomes part of the offering. Shamrock AI plans to expand into data observability and autonomous business process automation, but those remain stated plans. Buyers should seek evidence of test coverage and migration outcomes, while investors should distinguish the initial use case from that wider ambition.
