LingSheng Technology raises RMB 100 million-scale Series A for cross-robot infrastructure
LingSheng Technology has completed a Series A financing in the RMB 100 million range, according to a report from investment outlet PE Daily. Investors include Huafang Capital, Daohe Yuanqi under Daohe Changqi, Suwen Electric Energy, and an unnamed strategic investor in embodied AI. The company develops RUDA, its Robotics Unified Device Architecture, to connect different robot platforms with models and agents. Its PhiAgent converts human operation videos into reusable robot data and skills, while RoboAgent executes tasks and adjusts actions using execution feedback.
The market significance lies in the horizontal software layer emerging within physical AI: transferring data and skills across different robot bodies could reduce the repeated collection, training, and deployment work required for each implementation. LingSheng is pursuing that role through a data-to-execution feedback loop rather than a single robot design. The company reports deployments in optical-module insertion and removal, battery assembly, and other industrial workflows. Its claimed near-100% test success on optical-module handling applies to specific conditions; it does not establish comparable reliability across robot types or operating environments.
For builders and investors, the concrete diligence question is whether reuse improves delivery economics. Evidence should include adaptation time for a new robot, additional training-data requirements, and sustained task performance on customer production lines. Suwen Electric Energy's participation provides an industrial link: the parties say they will explore embodied AI applications in electric mobility services and energy infrastructure. That cooperation offers a deployment avenue, but the report provides no revenue, customer names, or quantified savings to establish the commercial value of RUDA's portability.
