SpectroCloud, an AI infrastructure management software company, has raised over $100 million in a Series D round led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives Growth Equity, with participation from AMD Ventures, Ericsson, LG Technology Ventures, and Maximus. The oversubscribed round brings total funding to $260 million. SpectroCloud’s PaletteAI platform manages GPU clusters, distributed inference, and edge environments across multiple data centers and clouds, serving enterprises like T-Mobile, Airbus, Yum! Brands, and the U.S. Air Force. CEO Tenry Fu co-founded the company in 2019 after selling his previous startup CliQr to Cisco. Funds will be used to expand PaletteAI features, grow into Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, and deepen the hardware ecosystem.
