Incremental update to a known player in AI agents, with sub-segment impact in marketing automation.
South Korean AI CRM marketing startup Blux has launched Blux 2.0, an autonomous marketing agent that handles the entire CRM campaign lifecycle from data analysis to execution. The new version automates scenario design, Kakao Alimtalk template creation, and approval requests, while also learning a brand's tone and voice to generate promotional materials. It includes scheduling features for regular campaign checks and a sub-agent engine for parallel processing of large-scale tasks.
This move extends Blux's trajectory from its 1.0 release in November 2025, which provided conversational AI-powered data analysis and insights. With 2.0, the company shifts marketers' roles from manual setup to review and approval, addressing pain points like scenario design burden, Alimtalk review responses, and design resource shortages. Usage metrics show the agent's traction: cumulative sessions exceeded 3,700, monthly conversations grew from ~1,400 in February to ~35,000 in July, and recent weeks saw the agent generate 464 target audiences, 270 campaigns, and 109 automation scenarios.
For builders and investors, Blux 2.0 exemplifies the deepening autonomy of AI agents in vertical SaaS, particularly in marketing automation within the Korean market. The company's roadmap for 3.0, which aims to autonomously predict revenue and optimize campaign performance, signals a shift toward outcome-driven AI agents. This development underscores the growing competitive pressure on traditional CRM and marketing tools as AI-native agents increasingly own end-to-end workflows.
