Chamelio raises $26 million Series A to build AI agents for corporate legal workflows.

Israeli legal AI startup Chamelio has raised a $26 million Series A led by Entrée Capital, with existing investors Work-Bench and Emerge Ventures participating alongside Bright Pixel Capital. Founded in 2024, the company says annual recurring revenue has grown fourfold since its seed round eight months ago and that it now serves hundreds of customers, including Wiz, monday.com, Socure, AppsFlyer, and Wonderful. Chamelio says the financing will support its proprietary legal action model, legal-engineering and product hiring, and onboarding technology.

The company is targeting a shift from contract lifecycle management systems that store agreements and organize approvals toward software that performs routine legal work. Its platform is designed to draft contracts from a company’s existing agreements, review and negotiate terms, route requests, manage obligations, and execute multistep workflows. The operating premise is that low-risk work can run autonomously while matters requiring judgment are escalated to lawyers. That positioning matters because corporate legal teams face growing workloads while budget and attorney-headcount growth remain constrained; the competitive question is increasingly whether AI can execute reliably within a company’s own legal policies rather than merely summarize documents or flag clauses.

For builders, the practical test will be workflow control: integrations with procurement, finance, product, people, compliance, and sales systems, plus clear approval boundaries and auditable handoffs to counsel. For investors, Chamelio’s customer roster and claimed revenue growth are early signals of demand, but the durable advantage will depend on whether its legal action model becomes embedded in recurring operating processes. Per the AI Market Watch index, which tracks about 5,000 companies rather than a census, Chamelio was previously recorded with $10 million in total funding; the new round materially expands its capacity to compete for enterprise legal deployments.
