E2E Networks plans 5.4 MW Blackwell AI capacity expansion in India
E2E Networks plans to add 5.4 megawatts of NVIDIA Blackwell GPU capacity, bringing its total AI infrastructure capacity to about 14.6 megawatts. The expansion will include NVIDIA HGX B300 systems and other Blackwell GPUs. The company did not disclose the investment amount or commissioning timeline.
The expansion would increase E2E's AI capacity by nearly 59% as the Indian cloud provider responds to demand from startups, model developers, enterprises, researchers, and public-sector organizations. E2E said some organizations handling sensitive data want computing infrastructure hosted in India. The capacity is intended for workloads ranging from foundation model training to production inference and multimodal applications. This places E2E among infrastructure providers building local capacity for customers with different computing and data-location needs.
For builders and investors, the timing and availability of the new capacity remain open questions. E2E previously signed a binding term sheet worth about 10 billion Indian rupees, excluding taxes, with an unnamed Indian sovereign AI company for Blackwell cloud GPUs and related services through June 2029. That agreement converts deployed capacity from pay-as-you-go use to a longer-term commitment. E2E also reported revenue of 2.24 billion Indian rupees for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, up about 411% year over year, partly on Blackwell contributions and improved utilization.
