EliseAI raises $350M to expand housing and healthcare workflow automation

U.S.-based EliseAI announced $350 million in funding on September 29 at a $4 billion valuation. Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners co-led the round, with participation from Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital. The company plans to expand engineering, implementation and sales teams across North America, including a second engineering hub in San Francisco. It says annual recurring revenue exceeded $200 million in June 2026 and revenue doubled year over year for five consecutive years.

The financing highlights enterprise operations as a substantial market for AI embedded in recurring workflows. EliseAI handles housing inquiries, tour scheduling, maintenance routing and lease-renewal communications across phone, email, SMS and chat. Its Apollo agent operates inside EliseCRM, executing tasks such as sending messages, reassigning tours and changing settings within users' access permissions. Healthcare products address patient communications, scheduling and billing notices, placing that business in administrative workflow automation. EliseAI reports serving 6.5 million housing units, approximately one-fifth of U.S. multifamily housing; that footprint and its reported ARR provide evidence of adoption, although they do not establish profitability.

For investors, the concrete diligence question is whether workflow adoption produces repeatable customer economics. EliseAI reports occupancy gains of two percentage points, renewal-rate gains of seven points and net operating income increases of up to 20% for some customers. Those company-reported outcomes merit scrutiny across customer cohorts and implementation costs. Its stated 7,000 Apollo evaluation tests address operational reliability, but do not independently establish those financial returns.
