Huixi Intelligence reports over RMB 2.5 billion in 2026 equity funding
Huixi Intelligence says its completed Pre-B+ and Series B financings brought total equity funding in 2026 above RMB 2.5 billion. The announcement names the Beijing Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund as lead investor, alongside government funds, institutional investors and returning shareholders. Proceeds will support next-generation embodied AI chips, scaled deliveries and ecosystem development. The figure is a year-to-date total; individual round sizes were not disclosed.
The investment targets the computing layer beneath robotics: on-device model inference, low-latency control and deployment costs. Huixi's Guangzhi R1 AI SoC uses a general-purpose programmable architecture, supported by software spanning compilers, operator libraries, runtime, simulation and real-time control. Its Huixi Embodied computing products extend that platform approach. The market question is whether integrated hardware and software can reduce deployment work enough to secure repeat orders from robot manufacturers.
Builders and investors should distinguish deployment evidence from proof of broad commercial scale. Huixi says R1-based platforms entered use in AgiBot's Genie G2 robots in 2025. It also reports that multiple G2 robots completed 17,625 operations with a 99.99% task success rate during a six-day production-line livestream in June 2026. Those company-reported results describe one deployment exercise; the article provides no shipment totals, revenue or independently verified performance data. Repeat orders and integration effort across additional customers would help assess the platform's commercial durability.
