SK AX Launches Bootcamp Vibe for Non-Developers to Build Workplace AI Agents

SK AX announced AI Bootcamp Vibe on October 1, a four-week program that teaches employees without programming knowledge to build AI agents through natural-language coding. Participants analyze their actual workflows, identify repetitive or time-consuming tasks, and develop agents for selected problems. An AI mentor supports requirements writing and implementation, adjusting its coaching to each participant's progress and recurring mistakes. Assignment submission and evaluation also use AI.

The launch addresses an adoption bottleneck in enterprise agents: turning employees' knowledge of business processes into usable automation. SK AX is extending agent development beyond engineering teams to functions including HR, planning, marketing, and sales. Agents built during the course can connect to its separate Context Operator service for integration with internal email and data repositories, and employees can share them with colleagues. This makes workflow integration and distribution central to the offering's potential value. The announcement does not establish that the resulting agents can reliably execute autonomous tasks in production.

For enterprise builders and buyers, the concrete test is whether a participant's completed agent improves a real workflow after connecting to company systems. Evaluation should follow a selected task from its existing process through implementation, checking output quality, time saved, access permissions, and maintenance needs. The course provides a route from training to deployment, but the report supplies no customer adoption figures or measured productivity gains. Investors should therefore distinguish the program's launch from evidence of repeatable commercial demand.
