Fluencify raises $4.3M pre-seed to scale AI agent-driven creator marketing platform

Stockholm-based Fluencify, founded in 2025 by Erik Romdhane, Isaac Norin and Sam Stones Hälleberg, closed an oversubscribed $4.3 million pre-seed round led by byFounders, with byFounders partner Magnus Hambleton joining the board and Wave Ventures also participating. The platform uses AI agents to run creator campaigns end to end: creator discovery and matching, automated outreach and reply handling, campaign briefing, content scheduling, paid boosting and cross-border creator payments across more than 85 countries. Fluencify says it has over 13,000 active creators working with brands whose combined market capitalization is $30 billion, built around a recurring "ambassador" model rather than one-off sponsored posts.

Creator marketing has run through agencies, marketplaces or in-house teams, with campaign management often consuming more time than the creative work itself — sourcing creators, chasing replies, writing briefs, processing international payouts. Fluencify's bet is that a task-specific agent stack can absorb that coordination layer, letting a brand describe an outcome and get a campaign executed with less manual legwork. It is a narrow, workflow-bounded use of autonomous agents rather than a general-purpose assistant, aimed at consumer and prosumer software companies that are themselves spending heavily on user acquisition.

The funding hires engineers in Stockholm and opens a New York office to expand US sales, putting Fluencify against established US influencer-marketing platforms and agencies. For builders, it's a case of vertical agents raising pre-seed by targeting one high-friction workflow rather than a broad agent-platform pitch. For investors, an oversubscribed $4.3M round signals early conviction, not yet proof of differentiated retention or margin advantage in a still-crowded category.
