Jordan-founded HeyBreez has raised a $2.5 million oversubscribed seed round led by Lunara Partners, with participation from Jabbar Group and DASH Ventures, to fund its voice AI infrastructure platform for enterprises and agencies in MENA and beyond. The company, founded in 2025 by Karim Malhas, says it manages the operational layer around voice agents — retries, callbacks, follow-ups, branching journeys, telephony and integrations — rather than the interaction itself. Funding will go toward platform hardening and sales expansion across the Middle East, with multilingual support including Arabic and attention to data-residency and sovereign-cloud requirements.
