Xingyi Intelligence raises tens of millions of yuan across two seed rounds
Xingyi Intelligence, incubated in Tsinghua University's computer science department, has completed seed and seed-plus financing totaling tens of millions of yuan, according to Gasgoo. Shunxi Fund led the seed round; Lingyun Guang led the seed-plus round, joined by Zhongguancun Capital and Yichuang Investment. Proceeds will support algorithm and product development, real-world multimodal data infrastructure, and customer delivery and commercialization.
The company occupies the data-preparation layer serving embodied AI developers. Its EgoKit collection system and HBR Engine combine visual, tactile, and inertial information to turn human manipulation into reusable training data. The reported capabilities include millimeter-level 3D hand-pose analysis and annotation under occlusion, image distortion, fast movement, and extreme lighting. The market question is whether specialized collection and automated labeling can produce dependable training assets for difficult hand-object interactions. The article reports project collaborations with leading embodied-model developers and robot manufacturers, but names no customers or contract values.
For builders and investors, the concrete development is the link between financing and delivery infrastructure. Lingyun Guang's wholly owned subsidiary Yuanke Shijie has also entered a strategic partnership with Xingyi, combining first-person and multiview collection, optical motion capture, and automated data processing. The partners aim to cover collection, annotation, quality assessment, and delivery. Diligence should therefore focus on annotation accuracy, delivery costs, and whether existing projects convert into repeat orders; the source provides no metrics establishing those economics.
