Duvo raises $32M Series A for AI automation across enterprise systems

Duvo announced a $32 million Series A led by Balderton Capital, with existing investors Index Ventures, Northzone, and Credo Ventures participating. The round brings total funding to $48 million and will support expansion, initially targeting retailers and consumer packaged goods companies. Co-founder and CEO Tomas Cupr developed the platform from operational challenges encountered at online grocer Rohlik, where undocumented processes and disconnected software complicated automation.

Duvo addresses a practical constraint in enterprise agents: executing work requires understanding exceptions, connecting systems, and knowing when to seek human approval. Its Duvo Clarity tool uses AI interviews, screen recordings, and existing documents to capture workflows. Agents map those processes, identify automation opportunities, and determine where people remain necessary; other agents build automations and employee interfaces. Approved steps run across ERP systems, supplier portals, spreadsheets, and inboxes through APIs or existing software interfaces. The market question is whether this shared execution and oversight layer can make successive workflows easier to deploy than separate automation projects.

For builders and investors, the concrete diligence test is repeatability after the first deployment. Duvo says companies can introduce an initial automated process within weeks without large engineering teams. Buyers should examine whether later processes reuse connections, approval rules, and monitoring while handling exceptions reliably. The supplied report offers no customer performance metrics, so the funding supports expansion but does not establish production ROI.
