Kansei AI deploys AI-Hub at Kobe Electric Railway
Kobe Electric Railway has begun a full deployment of Kansei AI's AI-Hub enterprise platform after starting a trial in July 2026. Kansei AI prepared a dedicated environment and held five in-person training sessions on September 24 and 25 for 130 planned users across 10 departments. The companies expect staff to use the platform for document drafting, summaries, planning, idea generation, and images. TRIP, a railway innovation partnership, helped match the companies.
The deployment adds a railway customer to the market for enterprise AI tools that combine access to several models with implementation support. AI-Hub offers GPT, Gemini, and Claude alongside document retrieval, image generation, and tools for creating AI agents. Kansei AI says customer inputs are not used to train the underlying models. The announcement describes planned uses and training, but does not report usage rates, productivity gains, or contract value.
For enterprise AI builders, the deal shows how a dedicated environment, employee training, and post-deployment support can accompany a multi-model product. For investors, the 130 planned users provide a concrete measure of the initial rollout, while leaving commercial terms and sustained use unreported. Kansei AI says it will use knowledge from this project as it pursues further adoption in rail and transport.
