About Anshul Rathi

Anshul Rathi is the Founder and CEO of Certify, a company he established in 2021 to address critical inefficiencies in healthcare provider data management. His vision for Certify was born from his direct experience at Oscar Health, where he spent over five and a half years, rising to the position of Senior Manager of Provider Data & Network Operations. At Oscar, he was an early employee and played a pivotal role in building the provider network management function from the ground up. This experience gave him a deep understanding of the challenges payers, providers, and patients face due to fragmented and inaccurate provider data. Before his tenure at Oscar Health, Anshul was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Brown University, where he also earned his Master's degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship. His career began after receiving a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
