Value proposition
Provides physics-consistent, high-fidelity visual generation and reasoning models that bridge the gap between generative AI and physical reality simulation.
Products and solutions
["Dream Machine (High-fidelity video generation model)","Ray3 (Reasoning video model for complex physical simulations)","Genie (Generative 3D foundation model)","Luma App (NeRF and Gaussian Splatting-based 3D capture)","Luma API (Enterprise-grade multimodal model integration)","Project Halo (2-gigawatt AI supercluster infrastructure)"]
Unique value
Pioneered the transition from static 3D capture to 'World Models'—AI systems that don't just generate pixels but understand physical laws and spatial reasoning.
Target customer
Creative professionals, VFX and film studios, game developers, e-commerce enterprises, and government infrastructure partners.
Industries served
["Entertainment & Media","Gaming & Metaverse","E-commerce & Advertising","Robotics & Simulation","Government & Infrastructure"]
Technology advantage
Combines proprietary neural rendering (NeRF/Gaussian Splatting) with massive-scale compute via the 2GW 'Project Halo' supercluster and specialized regional models like the Arabic World Model.
How they differentiate
Focuses on 'World Models' that prioritize physical reasoning and spatial consistency over simple pixel generation, utilizing proprietary neural rendering and 3D foundation models (Genie).
Main competitors
["OpenAI (Sora)","Runway","Pika Labs","Black Forest Labs"]
Key partnerships
["HUMAIN (Saudi PIF-backed AI infrastructure partner)","NVIDIA (Compute and hardware collaboration)","AMD Ventures & Amazon (Strategic investment and cloud infrastructure)","Apple (Integration with Vision Pro ecosystem)"]
Notable customers
["VFX and Film Studios","Game Developers","E-commerce Enterprises","Government Infrastructure Partners"]
Major milestones
["Launched 'Dream Machine' high-fidelity video generation model","Announced 'Ray3', the world's first reasoning video model for physical simulations","Established 'Project Halo' 2-gigawatt AI supercluster in Saudi Arabia","Developed the first 'Arabic World Model' for regional AI localization","Achieved $4B+ valuation following Series C in late 2025"]
Growth metrics
Estimated $15M - $20M ARR (2025); Workforce expanded to 200+ employees; 2-gigawatt AI supercluster partnership.
Market positioning
Frontier AI research lab transitioning from 3D capture tools to large-scale physical world simulation and reasoning video models.
Geographic focus
North America and the Middle East (specifically Saudi Arabia via Project Halo).
Patents and IP
Holds multiple patents in neural rendering, AI-driven data security, and decentralized storage (led by CTO Alex Yu).
