About Rohit Agarwal

Over a decade of experience in AI applications and SaaS startups. Founded Framebench (2012), a visual collaboration platform acquired by Freshworks in 2016. At Freshworks (2015-2020), led product and AI vertical, building customer support bots using BERT & GPT-2.
