Dila Ekrem is a former 11-time national fencing champion for Turkey with over 35 medals and a top-10 world ranking. She is a Computer Engineering student at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and an EWOR Fellow. Prior to founding Arctis AI, she served as the first founder's associate at a Lightspeed-backed startup in Munich, gaining early-stage operational experience.
