About Bill McDermott
Bill McDermott is the Chairman and CEO of ServiceNow. He has been in this role since late 2019. Before joining ServiceNow, he was the CEO of SAP from 2014 to 2019. He also served as the co-CEO of SAP from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, he held various executive positions at SAP, Siebel Systems, and Gartner. He started his career at Xerox, where he worked for 17 years.
