About Balazs Fejes

Balazs Fejes became CEO and President of EPAM Systems on September 1, 2025, succeeding Arkadiy Dobkin who transitioned to Executive Chairman. Fejes has been with EPAM for over 21 years since 2004, previously serving as President of Global Business & Chief Revenue Officer. He joined EPAM through the acquisition of his startup Fathom and has held various senior leadership roles including leading the banking and financial services business unit and co-heading global business operations.
