Kiran Jain is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, law, and public policy. Prior to founding FinOpsly, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Neighborly, a venture-backed public finance startup. He was also the Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Oakland, where he led the city's 100 Resilient Cities initiative, and served as a Senior Advisor to the U.S. Department of Commerce.
